KEEP THE CONTEXT VISIBLE

A clear review.
Three considered steps.

Useful reporting starts with a precise question and consistent source records.

Grosa reporting brings operational views alongside one another. Your team can review sales, stock, product movement and customer activity in the context of a chosen period and branch.

A practical review framework

PeriodBranchReport

01 · Define the scope

Choose the reporting period. Where supported, focus on a branch or category to match the question you are reviewing.

02 · Read the records

Review the figures alongside their source transactions. Distinguish current stock values from period-based sales activity.

03 · Discuss the next step

Use the review to guide a conversation about products, stock, customers or team routines. Reports support judgment rather than making decisions for you.

Filter availability and access vary by report. We will review the relevant views for your workflow during your demo.

YOUR QUESTIONS. YOUR BUSINESS CONTEXT.

Start with what
you want to understand.

What does Grosa reporting include?

The reporting service provides sales, stock, financial summaries, customer activity, top and slow-moving products, and staff views. We will confirm which views and permissions match your setup.

Can I filter reports by branch or period?

Period-based reports use selected dates. Branch filtering is available across relevant reports; category filtering applies to selected sales and product views. Current stock reporting uses its own scope.

Are these AI forecasts?

This page describes reporting on recorded business activity. Predictive forecasting, autonomous decision-making and guaranteed growth are not included in these claims.

Are financial summaries accounting statements?

These are operational summaries from recorded sales and product costs. Their definitions and accounting treatment should be reviewed alongside your finance processes.

Can every team member access reports?

The reporting routes are restricted to owner, admin and manager roles in the reviewed backend. We will confirm the appropriate access for your team during setup.

Can I discuss exports and external integrations?

Yes. Tell us your required format and destination. Export availability, scheduled delivery and external integrations will be confirmed for each report rather than assumed.
