Cookie Policy

A practical explanation of browser storage and external resources used by this website, based on the current public-page setup.

Last updated

Public browsing

Our current public-page checks found no analytics or advertising cookies.

Public site storage

Optional WordPress emoji-support storage is disabled on the public marketing pages.

External fonts

Google Fonts loads separately and receives technical connection information.

This policy describes cookies and similar browser technologies on www.grosa.io. The operator is Mars AI Technology Solutions Limited, company number 14863498, registered in England and Wales. It covers the marketing website; separate Grosa applications, customer stores and third-party websites can use different technologies.

A cookie is a small item a website stores in your browser. Local storage can persist between visits, while session storage is normally tied to a browser tab or session. These technologies have different purposes and are not all advertising tools.

Checks of ordinary, signed-out public browsing did not identify analytics cookies, advertising cookies or persistent local-storage records. There is currently no enabled Google Analytics or advertising-pixel flow in the checked public-page setup. The website does not offer optional cookie categories through a preference centre at this time.

This is a description of the current setup, not a guarantee that every browser extension, security challenge or external website behaves the same way. If optional tracking or third-party media is added, the information and any required consent controls must be updated before that use begins.

The public marketing pages do not currently use a persistent visitor identifier in local storage. The optional WordPress emoji-compatibility probe is disabled, so it does not create wpEmojiSettingsSupports session storage on a fresh public visit.

If you opened an older version of the website before this change, an existing tab may retain that earlier session-storage item until the tab or its storage is cleared. It is an emoji-support result, not an analytics identifier or a copy of your enquiry. Administrator screens can have a different storage context.

If you visit a WordPress sign-in or administration screen, WordPress can use additional cookies to check cookie support, maintain an authenticated session and remember administrator preferences. These are separate from ordinary browsing of the public marketing pages.

Cookie names and lifetimes can vary with WordPress settings. Administrator cookies do not give an unauthenticated visitor access to saved enquiries.

Public pages request font files from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. These are external network requests even where no cookie is set. Google can receive your IP address and browser request information. Read Google Fonts privacy information and our Privacy Policy.

A link to a social network, integration provider or other website is not the same as embedding its tracking on this website. The public-page checks did not find a third-party video-player or map iframe. Adding one later requires a fresh review of its storage and data use; a future video is not covered by a claim that it is already consent-controlled.

The Industries page also references a background-video resource on the TheGem demo-content host, democontent.codex-themes.com. A browser that requests this resource shares technical connection information with that host, even if the resource does not load.

The enquiry form uses a hidden anti-spam field and server-side request counters. These are not browser cookies. An email-specific keyed-hash counter expires after 15 minutes, and an overall request counter after one hour. A successfully saved enquiry is a separate private record and does not expire with those counters.

Hosting and security infrastructure may process connection information or present a security challenge when needed. A challenge can behave differently from the ordinary public visits checked for this policy. The Privacy Policy explains the broader information-handling context.

You can inspect, clear or block cookies and site storage through your browser's privacy or site-data settings. Clearing session storage may cause WordPress to repeat its emoji-support check. Blocking sign-in cookies can prevent access to administrator functions.

Blocking cookies alone does not necessarily stop an external font request. Browser privacy tools may offer separate controls for third-party network connections. If the website later introduces optional cookies, refusing them must remain possible without preventing ordinary access to the public content where consent is required.

This policy reflects the website configuration reviewed on 10 October 2026. We will review it when browser technologies or external resources change.
