About Grosa
Understand the idea behind Grosa, who it is for and where to explore next.
What is Grosa?
Grosa brings together business tools around the work your team does every day. Explore the platform in the context of your sales, stock, people and customer routines, then discuss which areas are relevant to your business. Explore the platform↗
Who is Grosa designed for?
Grosa is presented for businesses across a range of sectors, rather than one type of shop or one way of working. Your sector, locations and everyday tasks help shape a useful first conversation. Find your sector↗
Where can I learn about the Grosa approach?
Our About page explains our purpose and the way we work. Why Grosa explores the thinking behind a connected platform and the questions to consider when choosing business software. About Grosa↗ Why Grosa↗
Do I need to know exactly which tools I want?
No. Start with the tasks you want to organise or connect, and the parts of your current routine that need attention. A focused demonstration can help you identify the questions to review before deciding on a scope.
What is the best place to start?
Explore the Platform and Industries pages, or request a demo with a short overview of your business. Getting Started explains what to prepare and how to approach the next conversation. Getting started↗
CATEGORY 02
Platform & services
Explore the areas of the platform and identify what deserves a closer look.
Where can I see the platform features?
The Platform page introduces the connected areas of Grosa and links to the available service pages. Use it to build a shortlist for a demonstration rather than assuming that every feature applies to every plan or sector. Platform overview↗
Where can I learn about sales and point of sale?
The Sales & POS page explains the sales workflows presented on the website. For a useful demo, describe how you take orders, complete sales and work across your locations. Explore Sales & POS↗
Where can I learn about inventory?
The Inventory page introduces product and stock workflows. Tell us where your product information lives today and which stock routines you want to review. Explore Inventory↗
Can I explore more than one area in a demo?
Yes. Include the areas you are interested in when submitting the demo request. Your priorities give the conversation a focus; the relevant scope can then be discussed rather than assumed in advance.
Are all website features included in every plan?
Use the current Pricing page to compare the published plans and their limits. If a particular workflow matters to your decision, include it in your enquiry so its place in the proposed scope can be clarified. Compare plans↗
Can Grosa connect to the tools I already use?
Describe your current systems and the connection you need. Compatibility, available integration options and any additional work should be reviewed for the specific requirement before a commitment is made. There is no blanket promise that every external tool connects automatically. Explore integrations →
Can we discuss bringing existing records into Grosa?
Yes. Start by describing your systems, file formats and the types of records involved. Data preparation, compatibility and any transfer work need a separate review. Please do not attach customer records, passwords or payment details to the initial enquiry.
CATEGORY 03
Sectors & business fit
Start with your business context, including the routines that make it different.
Which sectors can I explore on the website?
The Industries page brings together the sectors currently presented on the website, including retail, food and hospitality, service businesses and other business categories. It is the best starting point for browsing the full current selection. Explore all sectors↗
What if my business is not one of the featured sectors?
Describe your business in the demo enquiry and explain the work you want to organise. The featured sectors are a way to explore use cases; they are not a substitute for reviewing your own requirements.
Can I discuss a business with several locations?
Yes. Tell us how many locations you operate and how they work together. Review the location allowances on the Pricing page, then discuss your actual setup before choosing a plan. Review published plan limits↗
What if different teams have different routines?
Outline who will use the system and the tasks each team handles. Include any differences between locations or departments so the discussion can cover the workflows that matter to your business.
Are the business images real customer case studies?
The illustrative business images help explain the contexts shown on the website. They should not be read as customer endorsements, product screenshots or proof that a particular business uses Grosa.
CATEGORY 04
Plans & pricing
Compare the published options, then clarify the scope for your requirements.
Where can I compare the current plans?
Use the Pricing page for the current published plan options, prices and limits. Refer to that page when making a comparison, as this FAQ does not duplicate the plan table. View plans & pricing↗
Which plan should I choose?
Compare your expected users, product records, locations and required workflows with the published plan details. If you are unsure, include those needs in your demo enquiry so the options can be discussed in context.
Do I need to choose a plan before requesting a demo?
No. You can request a demo while you are still exploring the options. Share your priorities and the questions that would help you make a decision.
Where should I confirm setup and support arrangements?
Ask for the setup scope, support arrangements and any additional commercial terms to be clarified for your proposal. Some setup and support information currently shown on the Pricing page is provisional; confirm the agreed details before proceeding.
What if my requirements go beyond the published packages?
Send a short overview of the scale, locations and workflows involved. Contact our team to discuss requirements that need an individual scope. Explore pricing options↗
CATEGORY 05
Demo & getting started
Prepare a useful first conversation and make the next step clear.
How do I request a demo?
Open the demo enquiry form on the Contact page. Enter your contact details, business name and sector, select the areas you want to explore and add a short overview of your priorities. Request a demo↗
What should I prepare for the first conversation?
A short overview is enough to begin: what your business does, how many locations you operate, which people will use the tools and which tasks you want to improve. A list of your current systems can also be helpful. See the preparation guide↗
Should I send product or customer records now?
No. Describe the records and systems at this stage, rather than sending a full export. If data work is relevant, the appropriate scope and sharing arrangements should be agreed separately.
How long does getting started take?
Timing depends on the agreed requirements and the work involved. There is no single setup timetable on this page. Review the scope, preparation and responsibilities together before agreeing the next step.
How can I ask a question that is not listed here?
Use the Contact page or email [email protected] with your question and a short description of your business. Avoid including private customer data or account credentials in your message. Contact Grosa↗ [email protected]↗

Use the Grosa FAQ to build a clearer decision
Use these working examples to review Grosa FAQ in the context of your operation. Confirm essential requirements in your walkthrough and proposal.

Start with the question you need answered
The Grosa FAQ brings platform, sector, pricing and demo questions into one place. Use the search field for a topic or explore the category links to find a relevant answer. For an initial review, start with what the platform is and which sector page matches your operation.
Then move to the particular tools and plan capacity you want to understand. The questions are a guide to the conversation, and business-specific requirements may still need a focused review.
Read a general answer in your own context
An answer in the Grosa FAQ describes the published approach or points you to the relevant page. Apply it to your real products, people and locations rather than treating it as confirmation of an unreviewed setup.
If a task depends on a particular device, import format or external integration, note that detail for discussion. A useful follow-up explains the working situation behind the question and makes clear which requirement is essential to your decision.
Compare commercial details with the full plan page
The Grosa FAQ provides a starting point for questions about plans and optional modules. Read the full pricing comparison for capacities, included tools and published add-ons, and distinguish monthly billing from annual equivalents. Setup and support examples remain illustrative until final terms are agreed.
Your proposal should confirm the selected package, actual services and applicable charges. A general answer here does not replace the scope or commercial details reviewed for your business.
Bring unanswered questions into the conversation
If the Grosa FAQ does not resolve your question, contact the team with a short description of your business and the task you want to explore. Mention the relevant sector, locations and any requirement you regard as essential.
You can request a demonstration or use the email link without sending sensitive customer records, passwords or payment details. A concrete example helps turn an unanswered question into a useful discussion of the platform and your potential next step.
