GROSA · LEGAL INFORMATION
Terms & Conditions
The terms for using our website and making a Grosa enquiry, with a clear distinction between a demonstration request and an agreed service contract.
Last updated
Who operates Grosa
Mars AI Technology Solutions Limited is the company behind the project.
An enquiry comes first
Sending a demo request does not place an order or create a subscription.
An agreed service scope
Paid services require their own confirmed commercial and contractual terms.
1. The operator and scope of these terms
This website is operated by Mars AI Technology Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 14863498. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Grosa is a software project developed by our company.
These terms govern use of www.grosa.io and enquiries submitted through this website. They are not a complete subscription agreement for a Grosa workspace and do not replace a service order, data-processing agreement or other expressly agreed customer contract. Please use the website responsibly and contact us if you need clarification.
2. Using the website
You may browse the public content, follow our links and send genuine questions or demonstration requests. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful material. The Acceptable Use Policy explains these expectations in more detail.
If you contact us for a business, you should have authority to share its enquiry details. Provide information you reasonably believe is accurate, and avoid sending private customer records or another person's confidential material without a lawful reason and appropriate permission.
3. Demonstration requests and communications
A demo request asks our team to review your requirements. It is not an order, an acceptance of a quotation or a promise that a specific feature, integration, device or delivery date will be provided.
The website form saves a private enquiry and shows a confirmation reference when successful. Automatic form email notifications are not currently configured. Keep the reference if you need to follow up; no response-time guarantee is created by submitting the form. You can also email [email protected].
Your permission to receive contact about an enquiry is not an agreement to unrelated marketing. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Service proposals and commercial terms
Any paid Grosa service needs a confirmed scope and applicable customer terms before an order is agreed. A proposal should identify the contracting parties, modules, capacity, integrations, preparation work, charges and tax treatment, billing period, renewal arrangements, support scope and the terms for cancellation or ending the service.
The Pricing page is the place to compare published options. Illustrative setup or support information is not a substitute for an agreed order. Website descriptions do not guarantee that every module or external service is included in every setup.
These website terms do not set a universal cancellation notice period, refund promise, setup fee, uptime commitment or support entitlement. Those commercial conditions must be agreed for the service concerned. They also do not retrospectively alter any existing customer contract or remove rights provided by applicable law.
5. Features, illustrations and business decisions
The website explains Grosa through product descriptions, conceptual graphics and illustrative business scenes. Such images are not customer endorsements or evidence that the pictured business uses Grosa. Where demonstration screens remain illustrative, they should not be treated as a guarantee of the final interface or a particular customer's configuration.
Discuss the workflows important to your business before deciding on a service. Requirements such as device compatibility, payment-provider access, external integrations, offline operation, fiscal rules and accounting obligations require an explicit review. Website content is not accounting, tax, legal or regulatory advice.
6. Intellectual property and permitted use
Rights in the Grosa software, brand and website materials belong to Mars AI Technology Solutions Limited or the relevant licensors. Third-party names, logos, theme components and other licensed materials remain subject to their owners' rights.
You may view the website and make reasonable copies for your internal evaluation, preserving relevant notices. This does not grant a licence to copy, resell, distribute or commercially exploit our software, brand or website content. A software-use licence, if provided, is governed by the applicable service agreement. Nothing here transfers ownership of information you submit in a genuine enquiry.
7. External websites and providers
Links and provider references help explain possible tools or further information. A reference does not automatically establish a partnership, certification, active customer connection or an included service.
Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy information. Confirm their fees, account access and compatibility separately. We do not control their content or promise that every external connection will remain available.
8. Availability and security
We may maintain, update or temporarily restrict parts of the website to protect its operation or address technical issues. Public website availability is not a contractual service-level guarantee for a customer's software workspace.
Do not send credentials through the public enquiry form or try to test production security without written authorisation. Report a suspected vulnerability privately to [email protected], describing the issue without unnecessary access to or disclosure of other people's information.
9. Responsibility and protected rights
Use website information in the context of your own requirements and confirm important details with us. We do not promise that general marketing content answers every operational, legal or technical question for your business.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes mandatory statutory rights. Any service-specific allocation or limitation of responsibility must be addressed in the applicable customer contract.
10. Applicable law and resolving a concern
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you. The courts of England and Wales may hear disputes concerning these terms; this does not remove a right to use another court or legal protection where applicable law requires it.
Please contact us with a concern and the relevant page or enquiry reference so we can understand it. Contacting us is a practical first step, not a requirement to give up a statutory complaint or legal remedy.
11. Updates and contact
We may update these website terms as the site changes. The version date is shown at the top; changes to website terms do not automatically rewrite an existing service contract.
Contact [email protected] for Grosa questions. Formal correspondence can be sent to Mars AI Technology Solutions Limited at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
